Join us for the finale of the Electric Hour Songwriting Series, a songwriting concert benefit series started by students at Brown, featuring a solo performance and lecture from internationally renowned singer-songwriter Theo Katzman.

A skilled multi-instrumentalist, Theo Katzman is known for his soul and funk-infused pop as well as for his work as a founding member of the indie funk group Vulfpeck.

During the event, Theo Katzman will be presenting his musings on what he calls the ‘Four Options in Life’, aimed at breaking down the different life paths that graduating students will certainly be faced with. The presentation will be followed by a solo performance of Theo’s songs and stories, and will finish with a Q&A.

This is a public event open to all members of the Brown community.

About the Artists

Theo Katzman

You've seen him strut the stage with Vulfpeck at the World's Greatest Arena. You've seen his name in the credits of your favorite artist's favorite album.

You've seen footage from his sold-out 2020 tour and thought: is that grown man really singing an A above high C?

Well...forget ALL that s**t...and dig this:

Life is short. Love is eternal. Theo Katzman has captured his fiercest flame on his new album: Be The Wheel.

He brings his staunchly synergistic, sober psychedelic, seeker-sensitive soul service to a HERE near you, at a NOW near then.

He aims to pierce your heart.

His aim is true.

Will you join us?
