Grants for Students

Student grants support creative experimentation and scholarship through research, presentations and projects.

The Brown Arts Institute Student Grants Program provides funding for student projects that involve the production, study and/or critique of the creative arts, especially projects that might not be possible without financial assistance.
The David Dornstein ’85 Artist Grant is conceived to provide resources for exceptional and unique projects that serve as a “next step” for graduating seniors or graduate students.
To continue to support faculty and student projects and programs throughout the semester, the BAI offers a number of small grant opportunities available on a rolling basis.
