All of us at the Brown Arts Institute are deeply saddened by this terrible tragedy and hope you and your friends are safe and well. Both the Granoff Center for the Creative Arts and The Lindemann Performing Arts Center will be closed for the remainder of the semester, reopening on January 6, 2026.

The Blind Urban Subject is an interactive public art installation that seeks to inspire mutual understanding of the blind and visually impaired in urban life, created by Brown University undergraduates Daniel Solomon '26, Rishika Kartik '26, Chloe Chow '26, and Zoe Goldemberg '27 (Brown|RISD Dual Degree).

Blue Moon: Lunar Orbiter Silk Cyanotype — Gathered on Pembroke Field at Brown University by an open invitation, 30 Brown University community members assisted in creating a large-scale silk cyanotype. Using the sun’s ultraviolet rays to print pictures of the Moon from archival film, and conceived and curated by artist Logan Tullai '25, this exhibition displayed photos from Lunar Orbiter 2.
