Matthew Lawrence is a writer, editor, and public programmer. He is currently studying Information Science at McGill Univeristy, and for five years published Law and Order Party, an email-based weekly guide to Rhode Island arts events. In 2015 he received the Public Humanities Scholar Award from Rhode Island Council for the Humanities, honoring his independently produced literary events.
