Join Brown Arts Institute for an academic year kick-off at our BAI Welcome Carnival. The afternoon will feature fairground favorites (think: cotton candy and plenty of fried foods), signature sodas from our friends at Rhody Pop, a bounce house in the Main Hall, games, art contests, and team members ready to answer your questions on all things BAI. We’re transforming The Lindemann into a miniature midway where you can snack, play, create, and learn more about the arts at Brown

At 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM: Join BAI Student Ambassadors for a guided tour of The Lindemann Performing Arts Center and the Granoff Center for the Creative Arts. Tours will depart from The Lindemann Lobby, no signups required.

• How to participate: Draw your design on the circular template provided at the event.
• Where to submit: Drop off your finished artwork at the ABOUT BAI table to receive an extra raffle ticket!
• Important: Please be sure to write your Full Name and Brown Email Address outside of the design circle on the paper so we can contact you if you win.

Thanks for coming to the BAI Welcome Carnival! Like any good carnival, we’ve got prizes to win for your participation. There are lots of fun ways to earn tickets throughout the event:
 

• Crossing the balloon arch into The Lindemann
• Talking to BAI staff at the information tables in The Lindemann lobby

• 🎨 Submit a design for our Sticker Contest (each entry earns a ticket!)

How to enter your tickets:
 

1. Write your Full Name and Brown Email Address clearly on the back of each ticket.
2. Drop your tickets into the raffle box at the ABOUT BAI table.
