Proposals should support an artist distinguished in his/her field and willing to spend a large portion of the residency interacting with students through workshops, master classes, critiques and the like. The BAI encourages bringing new voices to campus to offer a range of artistic perspectives.
COVID-19 Update: BAI will be accepting applications for the Fitt Artist-in-Residence grant program during Spring 2023 for residencies taking place in AY24. Please be aware that any applications funded will be conditional based on COVID precautions and must continue to abide by the COVID guidelines set forth by Brown University and the State of Rhode Island. |
