Center Coordinator, Brown Arts Initiative
Katie Vincelette is the BAI's center coordinator. She serves as the administrative liasion to the BAI Executive Committee, as well as the President’s Advisory Council on the Arts. She also provides financial coordination, grants administration and general office management to the BAI, as well as support to the faculty and managing directors. Previously, Katie worked in Advancement at Salve Regina University facilitating all aspects of fundraising events, from detailed planning to successful implementation, managing budgets, timelines, vendors and guests, and providing support to numerous event committees. In her free time, Katie continues to study dance and demonstrates her dedication to the art form by volunteering as an administrative assistant for Doppelgänger Dance Collective and serving on the board of directors for the State Ballet of Rhode Island. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Rhode Island and an M.S. in arts administration from Boston University.
